Lezhi
Li is a senior consultant responsible for design and development of business
intelligence and data warehouse projects. Her skills include data integration
tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Pentaho
Data Integrator (PDI), Talend, Informatica Cloud, and Expressor; and business
intelligence tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) &
Analysis Services (SSAS), Pentaho BI, and Dundas Dashboards. Lezhi is also experienced with several databases (MS
SQL Server 2005/2008 R2, Oracle 10g, MySQL, Postgres), languages (JAVA,
JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, XML, SQL, C++, Objective), technologies (J2EE,
Hibernate, Spring, AJAX, UML, ASP.NET 3.5), and development tools (Visual
Studio 2008, Net Beans, Eclipse, MS Visio, Toad modeler). In addition
to data warehousing projects, she has developed an iPhone app and a healthcare
management system. Lezhi graduated from Shanghai Ocean University and
the Northeastern University Graduate School of Engineering, from which
she earned a masters in Information Systems.
Art
McDonald has 22 years of experience helping clients design, develop and
implement business intelligence and performance analytics solutions that
provide transparency into organizational processes and outcomes to strengthen
business process optimization, customer satisfaction, employee productivity
and expense management. Art employs an iterative, rapid analytics development
methodology to work with executives and functional management teams to
formulate and organize business information requirements that are translated
into interactive analytic models that guide the development of an integrated
business intelligence and data warehouse architecture. Art guides clients
to achieve the benefits of business-user self-service analytics, and the
value of a business-focused IT analytics support team by providing training
and guidance to business users on how to use analytics to make better,
faster decisions, as well as to the IT BI/DW support team on how to iteratively
develop and support a high performance, low maintenance enterprise analytics
platform.
Andrea
Harris is responsible for marketing at Athena IT Solutions. Her background
includes marketing and communications roles at Compaq, Digital, and Honeywell.
She has a BA in Management and Communications from Simmons College.
